Beginnings of advisory activity
The foundations of our operations date back to 2000, when we began gathering our first experiences in the advisory sector. This is when we laid the groundwork for the future company.
2014
Establishment of SMP Sp. z o.o.
The official establishment of SMP in 2014 was a natural step in our development, allowing us to consolidate our knowledge and offer clients a complete business structure. We focused on specialized investment advisory for a broad spectrum of projects.
2020–2024
Evolution towards Renewable Energy
We actively participated in Poland's energy transformation. In partnership with a renowned RES development company, we conducted comprehensive development processes for wind farms, photovoltaic farms, and BESS – from land acquisition, through legal and formal matters, to project preparation for implementation.
2024+
New pillar: Residential construction
We are successfully developing comprehensive residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As investor and developer, we take full responsibility for the process – from precise land selection, through project and administrative preparation, to construction oversight.
